My work is about commitment. The commitment to knowing, loving and choosing yourself. I am an artist and I see the world as one.

I have professional training in the skills of coaching, expressive arts therapy and creative writing – which I’ve been consciously using and strengthening for over 15 years. I am an insatiable learner when it comes to us humans. Specifically, how we experience love and create beauty in our lives, with each other, and the world. You will hear me expand on this when defending my love for watching trashy reality dating shows.
If it matters to you my moon is in Gemini in the 9th house. If you are rolling your eyes don’t worry, I am a surprisingly practical person.
I take my pleasure very seriously. Yours too.
I often deep dive into several topics, surface to question it all and integrate what feels most in integrity. These deep dives and questions include explorations of my own world view and how I have been conditioned to think and learn in the first place.
I have also had a formal education in art and creativity. Which has mostly affirmed my belief that formal education has little to do with what most excites me about my own creativity and yours.
A brain injury in 2018 gave me a masterclass on self compassion, energy management, boundaries, trauma and self trust, among many other things that continue to inform my practice.
The feedback I most often hear from clients is that the way I saw them helped them access their own power to change. The changes most often are ones that include pleasure, power, freedom, creativity and purpose. The changes happen in their home, work, creative lives and relationships. Most importantly, their relationships to themselves.
Your relationship with yourself is really at the core of everything.
